A Century
of Sound
Our streets have hummed with melody since proudly hosting the historic National Eisteddfod in 1905 and 1946.
During the 1930s Depression, we became a beacon of resilience with the Three Valleys Festival at the colossal 15,000-capacity Mountain Ash Pavilion.
Decades later, that same underground energy exploded at the Mountain Ash Inn, which transformed into a legendary "music mecca" for the Valleys Rock explosion.
